(2) The pre embedded connection supports should be assembled according to the span size after welding and correction of the roof truss, in order to determine the correct span and height for easy installation. In order to adjust the span size during installation, the pre embedded connection supports cannot be assembled with the roof truss first. During on-site installation, temporary bolts should be installed on the roof truss for connection based on the span size and designated position of the roof truss.

(3) Before hoisting, carefully inspect the roof truss, correct any deformation that exceeds the tolerance, and determine the span size before hoisting.

(4) For non embedded connection bearings, if the hole position at the top of the column is not consistent with the hole position on the top plate bracket, external force should not be used to force the bearing to be in place. The bearing should be adjusted in place using an elliptical hole or a hinge hole method, and the bearing should be covered with a thick washer for welding and tightening the bolts.

The main structure of the steel structure factory building is manufactured in the factory. The first step in part manufacturing is to lay out and cut materials according to the machining drawings. If the processing quality of the components does not meet the requirements, it will affect the next process and operation to a certain extent, and also lead to a discount in the quality of the components, thereby affecting the quality of the entire building. Therefore, the cutting of steel structures needs to be strictly carried out according to the drawings.
