The steel frame structure of the chicken shed is not only responsible for the design, production, and manufacturing of various spare parts for the steel frame structure, but also for the overall installation of the steel frame structure. Generally, convenient measurements and pre installation trials are carried out before the construction of steel structures, and the entire construction process is without any problems. The key points of steel frame structure installation include the following aspects:
1、 The prefabrication and assembly of steel prefabricated components shall be carried out on the steel platform in accordance with the installation sequence and processing technology regulations, and the quality of welding production shall be ensured.
2、 For the convenience and quality of welding, the reinforcement plates, connecting plates, cushion blocks, and cantilever beams on the vertical pole and load-bearing beam should be checked and welded on the road steel platform according to the construction drawing specifications as much as possible.
3、 The prefabricated steel components on the steel platform should not only be assembled according to the construction drawings and standards, but also take into account the on-site installation process performance and changes in installation specifications.
4、 The spacing between the splice joint of the flange plate of the channel steel and the splice joint of the beam end should exceed 200mm. The length of the flange plate splicing should not be less than twice the plate width; The total width of beam end splicing should not be less than 300mm, and the length should not be less than 600mm.
5、 After installation, carry out measurements and inspections at all levels.
The common reinforcement methods for increasing the section mainly include increasing the aspect ratio of the section, thickening the flange plate, and changing the I-shaped section to a box shaped section. The main reinforcement method for expanding the cross-section of steel structures is to stick steel or apply carbon fiber cloth. These two methods have relatively little damage to the structure itself, and in recent years, the development trend in China has been relatively fast, and their applications have gradually increased. However, the application of reinforcement in steel structures is relatively rare, which is still a problem in the service life under normal application conditions. Moreover, the engineering construction difficulty coefficient of sticking steel or carbon fiber materials is relatively high, and the original structural surface can only be adhered after being solved, polished, and moistened. When the structure is subjected to driving force loads or high temperatures, it is highly likely to cause delamination. The technical reinforcement method of prestressed steel bars outside the body refers to placing prestressed steel bars outside the cross-section of the prefabricated components of the structure to be reinforced, reducing the load efficiency of the prefabricated components according to the force transmission method of the modified structure, and improving the bearing capacity of the structure, improving the deformation characteristics of the structure, reducing the ground stress in the components. This can repair the original technical function of the damaged engineering project structure, and then consider the requirements of new load-bearing standards and application effects. The structure consists of prestressed steel bars, pipelines, performance stable coatings, conversion blocks, steel bar anchoring system software, and other components.
