1. When lifting steel structures, appropriate methods should be adopted to avoid excessive bending and twisting deformation, and corresponding pads should be added to the contact area between the rope buckle and the components to prevent damage to the components.

2. Before installing the steel structure, all components should be inspected to ensure that their quantity, length, straightness, and the scale between the bolt holes at the device nodes meet the planning requirements; Defects that occur during production and deformations that occur during transportation should be corrected on the ground and properly resolved.

3. Steel columns are generally connected to the base using pre embedded anchor bolts. Therefore, before installing the steel columns, the scale between the column base bolts should be checked, the length of the exposed surface of the base, whether the elevation of the top surface of the base meets the planning requirements, and whether the threads of the column base anchor bolts are damaged. Methods are generally adopted during the construction of the base to protect the column base anchor bolts and their threads from being damaged.

4. According to the lifting ability of the construction site installation machinery, assemble large installation units on the ground to reduce the workload of high-altitude operations.

5. After the steel structure is lifted into position, the support and other connecting components should be securely fastened in a timely manner to determine the stability of the structure.

6. All lifting of the upper structure needs to be carried out after the lower structure is in place, calibrated, and the supporting components are securely fastened.
