At present, the number of components in lightweight steel prefabricated buildings is mainly determined through two-dimensional drawings, which artificially classify and count the number of components. This approach is often inefficient and prone to errors. Traditional steel component processing involves designers handing over detailed drawings of steel structures to steel processing plants for Xinjiang steel structure production. During this process, manual material specification classification and quantity statistics are required, which inevitably leads to errors and errors during production, resulting in the inability of steel components to be installed properly.

After the parts are transported to the construction site, progress management is mainly based on the bar chart and corresponding construction plans. This management method cannot intuitively determine the logical relationship between various construction tasks and cannot directly analyze the factors that cause schedule deviations. As the project continues, the problem of schedule deviation becomes increasingly serious, causing great difficulties in schedule management and even affecting the overall quality of the project.

The construction stage of prefabricated light steel structures involves a large number of components, which involves a large amount of cost information such as parts, machinery, and labor, leading to significant difficulties in cost control and optimization management during the construction process.

Therefore, traditional construction management can no longer meet the needs of lightweight steel structure prefabricated buildings. How to reasonably formulate construction plans, optimize schedule management, and carry out component management and site layout in the construction process of lightweight steel structure prefabricated buildings has become a challenge for project management personnel.
