Construction measures for prefabricated steel structure office building steel structure engineering:

1. During rainy construction, temporary protective sheds should be erected. When the welding area is damp, no rainwater should fall on the hot weld seam. Before welding, a dry cloth should be used to wipe it off, and an oxyacetylene flame should be used to blow dry, keeping the joint dry and maintaining stable moisture performance.

2. During the lifting process, if there is water accumulation on the components, they should be cleaned before installation, but the coating should not be damaged. When installing bolt joints, the friction surface of the components should be clean and free of water droplets, as well as rainwater and contact with soil, oil and other pollutants.

3. Components cannot be painted on rainy days.

4. In case of strong winds, large components such as columns, main beams, and supports should be corrected immediately. After correcting the position correctly, it should be fixed immediately to prevent unilateral instability. The components installed on the same day should form a spatial stability system.

5. Roof insulation construction cannot be carried out on rainy days or strong winds above level 5.

6. On rainy days, due to humid air, welding rods should be stored and baked with stable performance. The number of repeated baking for the same welding rod cannot exceed two, and management personnel should promptly keep baking records.
